Richard Boyce, LSW - Owner/Founder of Positive Transitions, LLC
Richard (Rich) Boyce is a highly dedicated professional with over 30 years of experience working with families and children in Ramsey County.
He received a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Augsburg College and holds a LSW licensure through the State of Minnesota.
Rich is passionate about supporting families through challenging times and helping them build stronger, healthier relationships.
His approach is rooted in his belief that every family has the potential to create strong, positive bonds.
Rich has facilitated Father Support groups and has a deep understanding of the unique abilities and strengths each parent brings to their relationship with their child.
He strives to provide a nurturing, empathetic, safe, and trusting environment, ensuring that each family receives the individualized support they need.

Our community or home-based supervised parenting sessions provide a flexible and supportive environment for court-ordered supervised parental visits. We collaborate with you to determine a location that best suits your family, offering sessions in natural settings to foster a wider range of positive experiences. These sessions create a comfortable and authentic atmosphere for parents and children to interact, enhancing the quality of their time together. Additionally, we provide separate and monitored exchanges to ensure smooth and stress-free transitions during visitations.
Our family court mediation services are dedicated to helping families resolve conflicts and reach agreements in a fair and supportive manner. By facilitating open communication and understanding, our mediators work to promote the best outcomes for all parties involved. We strive to create a collaborative environment where families can find mutually beneficial solutions to their disputes.
